Nylma is a practicing interior designer, also certified for design for ‘Aging in Place’ (CAPS) design in St. Petersburg, Florida where she lives with her Husband, Daughters, Cats (“Zoomie” and “Sparky”) and “Brutus” the 5lb chihuahua. St. Pete has been the place Nylma has considered home in addition to her Native Island of Puerto Rico and NY where she moved from 23 years ago.
Nylma’s hobbies include spending time with her family and friends, community involvement, oil painting, and dancing (it’s the Latina in her). Over the years, she has been a strong supporter of Heels to Heal and Global Girls Initiative and their missions through volunteering, sponsorship and becoming a member of the board.
Design has been a love of hers for as long as she can remember while also being passionate about giving back to the community. When Nylma is not taking care of her interior design clients or volunteering, you could see her spending time with family and friends from downtown to the beaches enjoying what St. Pete has to offer.
