Lily Schneider is the Founder and Manager of Maisy Ru & Co., a local childcare agency in the Tampa Bay Area. Maisy Ru (named after her miniature dachshund) is dedicated to the positive development and growth of your littles, both humans and pets. With 10+ years of childcare experience herself, Lily is passionate about empowering her team to bring peace to their littlest clients and their caregivers.
Outside of managing her team and spending countless hours with toddlers, Lily enjoys reading, hiking, morning markets, meeting other women entrepreneurs, and spending time with her family.
