What’s in your mug? It's Fall! Brown sugar cinnamon lattes are my go to during this season.

Do you prefer late nights or early mornings? Early mornings. I love having a slow morning to get in a workout, listen to a podcast, and have coffee and breakfast.

What’s a song that immediately puts you in a great mood? Ah, lately it has been “Suavemente” by Elvis Crespo. I know it's an oldie, but it instantly makes you want to move

What’s your favorite movie? Is it cliche to say Harry Potter? Both the movies and books! It's where my love for fiction started and helps me get out of my head to have a little break.

What’s your favorite place to meet for coffee? Back in Massachusetts, I have to say Yaz's Cafe and Bakery. It is a woman-owned, Egyptian spot. I have not found my go to coffee place in Tennessee yet.

What's your favorite shop to treat yo'self or a friend? Slow Burn Mobile Book Shop. It is Clarksville/Nashville based and it has adult books and merch.

What's your favorite weekend activity? Hopping on the motorcycle and finding an adventure. Whether it is a coffee shop or a brewery to check out. As the passenger, I get to relax and enjoy the scenic route.

What’s a goal you have for your business this year? I would like to move to more consulting and project based work. I enjoy geeking out on systems and get the joy of seeing the finished product.

What are your words to live by? “Força de Vontade” — my grandmother would tell me that all the time. It's "the force of want" in Portuguese. Translated it's "willpower."

Name 3 boss women you admire. Gina DeFord - Babe Crafted, Zoey Smith - Zbra Studios, Nathi Narciso - Gostosa Energy
