Mugs Monday with Kristen Kalp
Hello & happy Mugs Monday, babes! I hope you had a weekend as lovely as you are and that it involved some relaxation. I wanna introduce you to Kristen Kalp. Kristen is a one-on-one business coach for women entrepreneurs and is based in Ambler, Pennsylvania. At first glance, you can see that she has amazing pink hair & a very warm smile. With a closer look, you can tell that Kristen is energetic, ambitious, philanthropic, & deeply cares about the self care of the women around her. You pick this up because she’s written books, created a spunky podcast called “That’s What She Said”, & made it her mission to share her experiences + growth with breathwork to all she comes in contact with. Oh, and a portion of all proceeds from her breathwork classes benefit non-profits she believes in, like Flying Kites and Together Rising. So much fabulousness. Shout out to Kamina Wust for naming Kristen as a Boss Babe she admires in her Mugs Monday interview. Enjoy getting to know Kristen & stay boss. xx
