Tell us about yourself and what you do!

I am a Tampa/St. Pete natural light photographer for female entrepreneurs who inspire!

How did your business begin?

I was taking photos of my daughter Olivia as a baby and posting them on Instagram. Soon after, I was working with a ton of both small shops and big name kids clothing and lifestyle brands! After Olivia stopped wanting to pose for me, I decided to open my business locally to other influencers and entrepreneurs, and the rest is history!

What's 1 challenge you've faced and how has it effected your business? What did you do to overcome it?

Time management! I’m still overcoming it, but taking Sundays off really helps me to recharge and hit the ground running into the new week.

What's 1 success you've had since you’ve created your business? How do you feel when you look back on it?

Speaking at Creative Mornings St. Pete! Having the opportunity to speak in front of an audience that size so early in my business really built my belief in myself, that I can make an impact and share my story with others along my entrepreneurial journey. It makes me so proud and a felt a tremendous amount of support from those who attended and my peers!

What's the best piece of advice you could give someone looking to start a business?

Give yourself room to grow! It’s ok to make mistakes as long as you learn from them. Also, be willing to collaborate and learn from others.

What's a pivot you've made in your business?

Really niching down to what I’m good at and passionate about, which is working with women who aim to inspire others and collaborating with brands.

When are you at your happiest?

When I’m with my family, whether cuddled up on the couch watching a movie or exploring a new part of town.

What do you tell yourself when things get difficult?

You can do this! You add value to others. You were called to do what you’re doing. Keep going!
