Make Peanut Butter Granola!

Hey, hey babe! I love getting to create fun Girls Night Recipes that’ll get me excited to have friends over & make our time together extra special. Game nights & Sunday brunch are even better when there are tasty treats involved. I’m so excited to share that we’ve partnered with Rollin’ Oats on two recipes this month to celebrate National Nutrition Month. Huge thanks to Rollin’ Oats for helping to make it possible to create our Peanut Butter Granola & next week’s sangria recipe (stay tuned!).

Sarah & I wanted to enjoy something healthy that also felt indulgent, so we came up with Peanut Butter Granola bowls! Each of your gals can create her own granola & yogurt bowl with fruit & seeds. You can make any kind of granola to go with your DIY, brunchie bowls, but we chose peanut butter for added sweetness. We also added chia & sunflower seeds for a boost in fiber, iron, protein, and vitamins. Have fun & stay boss! xx
