What's in your mug? Almond cappuccino.
Do you prefer late nights or early mornings? Late nights usually, but early mornings have been winning lately. I just got back from doing a yoga teacher training in Bali and waking up at 5:30 a.m. everyday!
What’s a song that immediately puts you in a great mood? This is a hard one! Probably any world music with a strong drum beat because it will make me start to dance instantly.
What’s your favorite movie? ::Whispers:: He’s Just Not That Into You.
What's your favorite local place to meet for coffee? Ludlow Coffee Supply or The Cafe at Sel Rrose.
What's your favorite local shop to treat yo'self or a friend? To be honest, I do most of my shopping at Amazon, and there is a great Goodwill near NYU on West 8th Street. You heard it here first.
What's your favorite local brunch spot? That’s impossible to answer being in New York, but I love Jack Wife's Freda, and Sel Rrose in the summer for the oysters and cocktails.
What’s a goal you have for your business this year? I’m launching a really exciting program that combines mindset, business mentoring and travel and it’s breathing new life into my business.
What are your words to live by? Manifest, manifest, manifest.
Name 3 Boss Babes you admire. I’m truly inspired by the women in my life. My friend Katie McNutt who owns a nanny services business, my friend Eileen Nicole is a makeup artist and also has an activewear company, and my friend Chloe who finished her PhD at 26 and is doing her residency at Harvard.
